Group Summary:

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of program financials (CM, EBIT, IRR, NPV) with close cooperation to Program Manager.
  • Regular reporting and analysis of product KPIs (ex. assembly time, costed BOM).
  • Tracking and mitigating deviations from the nomination and plan/forecasts in terms of project cost spending, customer funding and investment.
  • Evaluation of financial impact on customer changes during development phase.
  • Close cooperation with the project team (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistic, Sales).
  • Active participation in the month end closing, budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Participation in financial audits (internal and external). · Ongoing activities supporting the Management.

Key expectations:

  • Master degree in finance or similar with technical background as an advantage.
  • Experience min. 3 years in a similar position in a company with a similar profile (automotive industry).
  • Ability to work in an international and cross-functional team including regular travel to Germany.
  • Efficient and effective communication skills (to management and within the team).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and SAP environment.
  • Fluent English, German will be an advantage.
