Key responsibilities:

• Second Level Support for various applications and systems including end-user support.

• Support of the existing office infrastructure (windows based) as well as the IT components within the production.

• Processing of customer requirements and incidents via ticketing system including documentation.

• Execution of order process for IT hard- and software.

• Failure analysis and forwarding of incidents to the 3rd level support colleagues.
• Configuration and installation of new systems (hard- and software).
• Creation of templates, documentations and training documents for users.
• Coordination of external IT service providers.
• Coordination of tasks resulting from ensuring information security in accordance with audit requirements (e.i.. TISAX, SOX, IATF) for the plant in Tychy.

Key requirements:

• University degree in Informatics or commercial education as IT specialist or similar qualification with several years of work experience.
• Profound knowledge in MS-Office-applications are obligatory.
• Fluent knowledge of English language.
• High reliability and self-reliance.
• Friendly, self-confident, customer oriented and competent appearance.
• Experience with IT tasks in production environments.
• Experience with audits (e.i. TISAX, SOX, IATF).
