Key responsibilities:
- Second Level Support for various applications and systems including end-user support.
- Support of the existing office infrastructure (windows based) as well as the IT components within the production.
- Processing of customer requirements and incidents via ticketing system including documentation.
- Execution of order process for IT hard- and software.
- Failure analysis and forwarding of incidents to the 3rd level support colleagues.
- Configuration and installation of new systems (hard- and software).
- Creation of templates, documentations and training documents for users.
- Coordination of external IT service providers.
- Coordination of tasks resulting from ensuring information security in accordance with audit requirements (e.i.. TISAX, SOX, IATF) for the plant in Tychy.
Key requirements:
- University degree in Informatics or commercial education as IT specialist or similar qualification with several years of work experience.
- Profound knowledge in MS-Office-applications are obligatory.
- Fluent knowledge of English language.
- High reliability and self-reliance.
- Friendly, self-confident, customer oriented and competent appearance.
- Experience with IT tasks in production environments.
- Experience with audits (e.i. TISAX, SOX, IATF).
