Job Responsibilities:
This position supports the global HR team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review applications and shortlist candidates whose experience aligns with role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with selected candidates.
- Follow up with the hiring team for feedback on presented candidates.
- Maintain HR related systems accurately
- Administer employee records in CROSO
- Assist with visa documentation and processing for expatriates.
- Draft and distribute employment confirmation letters.
- Maintain documentation related to sick leave, paid leave, and other absences.
- Provide support to employees with HR-related questions.
- Oversee office supply procurement.
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure compliance.
- Organize employee events and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Social Sciences (Economics, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Serbian, German and Austrian labour laws an asset
