Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager across all HR areas (employment relations, personnel records, compensation and benefits, administration, and training);
- Maintaining and updating employee personnel files and HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data;
- Preparing employment related documentation (employment contracts, contract amendments, written warnings and disciplinary measures, termination decisions);
- Drafting and publishing internal announcements, decisions, and other official documents;
- Monitoring changes in the organizational structure and maintaining and updating the rulebook on organization and job classifications;
- Participating in development, implementation, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures;
- Continuously monitoring labor law regulations and informing Human resources manager and General manager about relevant legislative changes.
