Group Summary:

• Main roles and responsibilities:

• Updates master production program with customer call offs,
• Reviews the master production plan with Planning Supervisor and propose changes if necessary
• Responsible to update customer's portals and maintain contact lists
• Analyses the customer's requirements, checks with the customers and advise any constrains
• Answers permanently all customer's needs (quality, quantity, etc...) in appropriate manner
• Supports service parts requirements planning, initiate shipments & give shipping promises
• Coordinates with the quality office, supports reception and the return shipments from customers
• Supports other department in case of information regarding logistics information about shipments
• Custom clearance activities.
• Reports issues concerning shipments and delivery performance
• Checks the plant performance given by the customers and raise disputes
• Organizes special transports in case of late shipments/customer constrains
• Co-responsible with planning supervisor for adequate stocks & forecasts on a long-term period

• Candidate requirements:

• English - fluent, other language - advantage
• SAP - advanced
• Strong analytical skills is a must
• University education preferably with degree in logistics
• Experience in production logistics is seen as a great advantage
• Opportunity for uni graduate in case of relevant production / logistics work experience during studies
• Customs knowledge - advantage
• Ability to solve tasks independently and under pressure
• Team player
