Operations Administrator
Job Introduction:
The position of Operations Administrator is highly cross-departmental, cross-location and cross-group within the IT area. In addition, collaboration with MPT users is necessary.
Major Responsibilities:
- Administrative Activities, Announcements, extended support
Maintenance of the Operations Manual (communication with Magna IT)
Make changes to user data (communication with LC-PT, Magna IT and MPT IT)
Testing and documentation support (communication within SAP/DMS team)
Coordination of extended support (communication with LC-PT, Magna IT and MPT IT)
Announcements and communication of downtimes (communication with MPT users)
- Infrastructure Management
Ensure monitoring is up to date
Smooth handling of infrastructure topics
Communicate current prerequisites to local IT departments to improve the efficiency of our system landscape
Service Owner Monitoring
- PLM Ticket Management
Lead SAP/DMS support standups, ensuring immediate processing of incident tickets
Participate support standups
Monitor the ticket process
Further develop the support process in collaboration with local and global IT teams
Track PLM tickets according to SLA
Knowledge and Education:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or any technical study programs with work experience in that field is required
Work Experience:
3+ years of professional experience
Preferred experience in coordination on the above-mentioned topics across departments, locations, and groups.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent collaborator and a team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities
Focus on quality and customer service
High degree of independence and personal responsibility
Committed and confident personality
