Magna NextGen Program

During this post graduate program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. As a Process Engineer you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Engineering at MAGNA. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• Willingness to learn, develop in a manufacturing environment and take over responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar (focus on automation technology)
• Strong interest in tooling, manufacturing processes, and production technologies
• Process and manufacturing knowledge covering hot forming, laser, joining and quality preferred
• Reliability, handling confidential information
• Good problems-solving skills, responsible work conduct and good communication skills

Your Responsibilities

• Pilot the design, start-up and monitoring of Hot Forming process and equipment to meet customer
• Support the launch of new products
• Support the design and definition of Hot Forming tools
• Collaborate with GO (Group Office) for the development of Tooling and Hot Forming activities
• Support operation activities in the plant to meet the OEE targets and other established KPIs
