What we offer:

Group Summary:

Responsible for all Purchasing of indirect Goods and Services. Management of the involved Suppliers and ensure the Purchasing Budget and Price Targets.

Authorized person for customs and duty reporting to the agency.

• Ensure the achievement of the purchasing targets
• Continually monitor and present Purchasing KPI´s such as pricing, capacity, timing, spend, contract status
• Keep and manage cost targets during the life cycle of the product
• Provide support to the Plant - Team for all purchasing activities
• Recommend alternative suppliers, products or materials
• Identify new suppliers & develop a program purchasing strategy in alignment with the head quarter MRO / Capex manager
• Lead the RFQ process as per bid list approved by the head quarter MRO / Capex manager
• Run cost analysis
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for your purchasing scope
• Initiate and prepare Sourcing Committee. Present Sourcing Documents to the Committee
• Order Processing for all Purchasing Activities related to the Program
• Provide feedback to departments in regards to purchase order requisition status in a timely manner
• Ensure correct import is made
• Ensure Supplier Readiness for the Production-Launch and monitor Supplier-Scheduling in the launch phase (Launch Support)
• Ensure all goods supplied meet MAGNA Seating `s expectations for Health & Safety and environmental and governmental compliance
• Ensure Supplier setup and Registration in SAP, eRFX & IMDS / REACH and make sure that data is maintained.
• Maintain and execute the purchasing process
