Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist (m/f/x) supporting our central functions in our European Headquarters Munich or Sailauf.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all personnel-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HR documentation in compliance with German labor law
- Preparation, review, and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and supplementary agreements
- Administration of HR systems (SAP, personnel management system e.g.: Workday) and personnel files
- Prepare HR controlling and Headcount reporting
- Support and backup-role for preparation of monthly payroll accounting
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, labour law or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources preferably in an international corporation
- Solid knowledge of German labour law and HR operations
- Confident use of SAP/HR and MS Office, knowledge of Workday desirable
- Fluent in German and English
