Your Contribution:

The SSC AR Analyst Level 2 is responsible for collection process with MAHLE clients, and to work closely with different functions within MAHLE to resolve issues related to receiving timely payment from clients.

• Manage Accounts Receivable relationship with MAHLE's clients.
• Work directly with Customer Service, Logistics and Sales functions within MAHLE to resolve customers issues that impact their payment on time.
• Ensure Accounts Receivable overdue balances are below defined target.
• Follow instructions from plants related to discrepancies, deductions, etc.
• Avoid post Cash on account as possible.
• Make sure every document posted, has its own support attached.
• Other duties may be required.
  

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• 2+ years in similar position.
• Hands-on experience of SAP, 2+ year is required.
• Knowledge of Excel (Data base, formulas, pivot tables) is required.
• An inquisitive mind with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Awareness of customer requirements.
