WHAT YOU WILLDO :

• Advise customers on ordering,deliveryand complaint process

• Manage customer orders and monitortherefulfillment

• Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers

• Register and manage customer complaints

WE AREEXPECTING:

• Fluent Czech (C1)

• Good knowledge of English (B2)

• The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships
