We are looking for motivated interns to join ourLegalDepartment!
AsLegal Internyou will...
Assistance inadvisingthecompanyonadvertisingmattersfor all types of promotions.
Assistancewiththe Criminal Risk Prevention Model and generalcompliance matters.
Coordination and management ofmattersrelatedtointellectualproperty.
Coordination and management ofmattersrelatedtodata protection.
Preparationanddeliveryof all types oftrainingfor thecompany.
Management andpreparationofcorporatedocuments(minutes, certifications, etc.).
Coordination ofproceduresforsigningbeforeanotaryandwithpublicregistries: notarial certification ofcorporateagreementsandcontracts,grantingandrevocationofpowersof attorney, etc.
You might be the one we are looking for if...
You are a student/ recent graduateofLaworequivalentand, ideally, you havetheMaster's in legalpractice.
You have alreadycompleted an internshipin the past, ideally in the FMCGsector,it will be highly valued.
You are recognized for yourefficiency and autonomy.
You have a vocation for law
You are fluent inSpanishand English
