ABOUT THIS JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain a close business relationship with a group of assigned retailers' clients
- Ongoing cooperation with retailers and its proactive expansion incl. negotiations
- Understanding the business and the client's needs
- Accountability for business planning and implementation
- Owning the business plan: financial target/proposal submission/revenue on hand/pipeline and tracking the financial performance of the clients
- Identifying retailers' business needs and finding the best fitting NielsenIQ solutions - cooperation with other internal departments, responsibility for sales targets for specific solutions for retailers
- Close cooperation with the analytics team preparing recommendations and providing solutions to the client
- Delivering top-level presentations which provide high-quality insights and recommendations into clients' strategies
- Being a NielsenIQ representative outside the company (client meetings, industry meetings, conferences)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct a dialogue with people from different departments and at different levels of the organization structure
- Consultative sales oriented profile and ability to build enduring relationships
- Highly developed interpersonal and business networking skills
- Will and readiness to cooperate with challenging external Clients
- Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented
- Being familiar with FMCG area and its trends
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Fluency in business English and Polish
