We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Originator to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will combine strong market insight, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to originate and structure complex deals, contributing directly to the company's business expansion and portfolio development.
YOUR TASKS:
- Market analysis:- Identify markets with potential for Nordex Capital business plan.
- Identify potential partners and/or customers.
- Define most suitable business model to operate in the market. - Deal origination:
- Lead the interaction with the partner and/or customer.
- Define the most suitable structure for the deal.
- Develop the business plan. - Deal request for approval:
- Put together deal approval documents (Gate 0 and Gate 1).
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Additional training or specialization in Renewable Energy financing and M&A is highly valued.
- Seniority: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in origination, business development, or commercial roles.
- Proven experience in identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities or complex transactions.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient in English.
- Availability to travel.
