We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Payments Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for all payment and billing-related matters, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient financial operations. Acting as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal financial departments, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
What will you be responsible for?
- Handle customer inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and billing.
- Process financial documentation and verify account balances.
- Support sales teams with payment-related queries and account management.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and package modifications.
- Manage refunds, invoice corrections, and debt collection processes.
- Maintain accurate customer payment records and escalate complex issues when needed.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or payments operations.
- Hands-on experience with payment processing systems and invoicing procedures.
- Very good command of English (at min. B2 level).
- Strong knowledge of financial documentation and billing processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
