We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Seller Growth and Monetisation for consumer sellers in one of Europe's most visited motors marketplaces. This is a rare chance to own both the experience and the economics of a core marketplace journey - driving supply growth, conversion, revenue, and user satisfaction - with real ownership and influence to shape strategy across product, pricing and commercial teams.

Who we're looking for:

You have 7+ years experience in product management, thrived and built great consumer product experiences as a senior/ lead product manager, at a high-traffic Internet or e-commerce company

You bring strong product judgment/ taste and strategic thinking, identifying opportunities, shaping roadmaps, and balancing short term impact with long term vision

You operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting direction for your product area while partnering closely with the Head of Product / Segment lead on overall strategy

You strive to understand and delight your users. You are experienced in data driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making

You value collaboration, diverse and inclusive teams, and you have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

You are required to be proficient in English.
