- 8+ years of progressive experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Master Data Management within a global CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) organization, with demonstrated leadership at program or domain level
- Deep expertise in enterprise data management, including data ingestion and integration, governed data usage, data quality management, stewardship operating models, and lifecycle management
- Proven experience working with Manufacturing and Warehouse data, including enabling or supporting Digital Twin capabilities across planning, operations, or analytics use cases
- Strong understanding of ERP and MDM ecosystems, with preferred experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

Overview
The Manager, Digital Twin Program Steward Lead is the accountable data governance leader for the Digital Twin program, ensuring trusted, high-quality and well-governed data for this critical Supply Chain initiative. This role drives key governance deliverables -including data assessments, metadata management, data quality standards, and remediation-while partnering with business, Digital, and technical teams to enable scalable analytics and AI outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Twin metadata mgmt. to drive understanding of data, increase EDF Data reusability and enable AI solutions
- Own Digital Twin data quality mgmt., establishing standards and driving remediation to ensure data is fit for program use
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data security, privacy and retention policies including appropriate access controls, protection, retention, and retrieval for Digital Twin data
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to embed stewardship and governance practices into Digital Twin program
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
