This position is for a Senior Medical Director within theHematology program. This individual contributor position willbe responsible forsupporting clinical trial(s) and leadsubteamsin clinical development. The successful candidate should ideally have prior experience in clinical trials, supporting development programs, health authorityinteractionsanddemonstratedleadership capabilities.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Clinical Development Leadership on Study Teams and DevelopmentSubteams
Serves as the Clinical Development Lead onsubteamsincluding forMarketing Authorization Applications.
Conduct medical monitoring activities including eligibility assessment, datareviewand safety monitoring.
Lead peer-to-peer interactions withinvestigator.
Serve as the point of contact for clinical issues between the studyteam,investigators.
Lead and contribute to development and maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents, in collaboration with Clinical Scientist and the cross-functional team.
Strategic Guidance, Clinical Insights & Interpretation
Collaborates with the Global Development Team to create and refine development strategies.
Representsthe company in external engagementsor inas committee members in joint collaborations.
Supports regulatory interactions
Collaborate with Clinical Scientist to review and interpret clinical data,identifykey findings and implications, and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintainsa high levelof clinicalexpertiseand professional competence by staying abreast of the latest developments, literature, and guidelines to advise on and drive current and future clinical development plans.
What You Will Need (Basic Qualifications):
Medical degree with 5+ years clinical/industry experience.
Hematology/Oncology clinicalexperiencein academia/industry
Late-stage clinical developmentexperience.
Experience overseeing and providing clinical development leadership across several study teams.
Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to colleagues from all disciplines and levels
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Bonus To Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Leadership or management experience
Board certified/eligible inhematology/oncology preferred
Experience across multiple phases of clinical development and across drug classes in oncology
Late clinical development experience in hematology highly preferred

Work Location Assignment: Thisis a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
