We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Vistral Squad, the team that builds and evolves Vistral, PropHero's internal operations platform. Vistral is the backbone of our day to day operations: the tool our Ops, Wealth, and Revenue teams use to manage properties, track settlements, coordinate with partners, and execute across Spain, Ireland, Indonesia, and Australia.

Designing for internal tools is a distinct discipline. Your users are expert operators who live inside the product for hours every day. They need speed, clarity, and workflow efficiency above all else. A screen that eliminates 10 minutes of friction from a daily task is a bigger win than a beautiful one that slows people down.

You'll work in a team that embraces AI as a core part of the design and development process. That means using Claude, Stitch,Weave,  Figma and Figma Make as everyday tools to move faster and more consistently   not as a novelty, but as a genuine shift in how a product gets built. You'll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and the internal users themselves to ship real operational improvements.

How you will shape Prophero:

• Lead end to end design of new features and improvements for Vistral, from concept (user flows, wireframes) to execution (high fidelity prototypes, production handoff).
• Design for expert internal users (Ops, Wealth, Revenue teams): prioritise information density, workflow efficiency, and zero friction interactions over decorative polish.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Figma Make, Stitch, Weave) as an integrated part of your daily workflow  generating first-draft screens, structuring design briefs, and refining UX copy faster than traditional methods allow. You'll be supported with structured AI workflows already in place at PropHero.
• Explore emerging AI to Figma workflows (such as programmatic design generation via API integrations) as the tooling matures; this is a genuine frontier and we expect you to be curious about it.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and the ops users themselves. You'll spend real time with the people using the tool, not just reading tickets.
• Own and evolve our Design System, maintain Design Tokens, reusable components, and the Figma component kit that ensures consistency across Vistral as it scales.
• Conduct qualitative research with internal users: workflow shadowing, usability tests, and process interviews to identify friction and validate design decisions.
• Champion usability and accessibility  as non-negotiables, even in internal tooling.
• Contribute to product strategy  not just executing, but shaping what Vistral becomes

What you will bring to our team:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer in a digital product environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma  components, variants, auto layout, prototyping.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Design Systems with Design Tokens and reusable components.
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards , and responsive design.
• Ability to plan, execute, and interpret user research.
• Experience designing complex internal tools, dashboards, or data heavy interfaces is a strong plus.
• Product mindset: you care about operational impact, not just aesthetics.
• Intermediate to advanced English  required to work with our international team.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) as part of your daily design process  for briefs, copy, flows, and iteration  not occasionally, but routinely.
• Experience with Figma Make or similar AI assisted design generation tools. You know how to write a brief that produces a useful output, and you know when to override the AI.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping the design profession. You're not waiting to see how this plays out, you're already experimenting.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools (Claude Code or similar) and how they can interface with design tools programmatically.
• Comfort working in a fast moving environment where AI augments both the design and engineering sides of the team.
