🎯 Mission

Join us as a Product Operations Intern and help a team of 3 keep an organization of ~80 Product Managers running like clockwork - from OKR reporting to provider management. You'll own recurring work that directly feeds product leadership decisions, under the guidance of Mario Liverini, our Product Operations Manager.

👩‍💻 What you'll do

• Own Product reporting end-to-end: Produce and maintain OKR recaps and Monthly Business Reviews that product leadership relies on every month.
• Keep our provider costs clean: Cross-check supplier invoices against contracts, flag discrepancies, and maintain internal spend tracking.
• Drive high-visibility side projects: Take on competitor database cleanups, AI tools inventories, or tooling documentation - work that PMs actually use.
• Use AI to move faster: Automate repetitive tasks, sharpen documentation, and find smarter ways for the team to operate.

• Detail-obsessed: You catch inconsistencies before anyone else does and your output needs minimal editing.
• Clear written communicator: You document precisely and produce reporting artifacts that are sharp and self-explanatory.
• Comfortable owning recurring work: You take pride in being the reliable point of contact for a process, month after month.
• Fluent in Google Sheets and Notion: You work in these tools daily and either know them well or learn fast.
• AI-native: You experiment with AI tools, automate what you can, and enjoy finding smarter ways to work.
