Our mission and customers

Our platform simplifies banking and finance management for SMEs today, so that they can build their tomorrow. We offer a finance management platform with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools. We are proud to be rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, based on 53,000+ reviews.

Our culture puts customer satisfaction at the core of what we do, as proven by our Net Promoter Score of 75. This level of satisfaction is far above typical traditional banking scores, often ranging from 3 to 12, sometimes even lower.

Our journey

Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

Our beliefs

We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, and 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity is simply part of who we are.

We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because we believe the best teams are built on merit.

AI at Qonto

We see AI as a catalyst for our success.
We always choose thinking over routine. That's why AI is already deeply embedded in how we work - not as a trend, but as a way to raise the bar for the entrepreneurs who count on us. That is why we grant our Qontoers unlimited access to the best AI tools on the market - Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Dust, and Notion AI.
We want people who experiment without waiting for permission. Who push AI beyond the obvious. Who know when to trust it and, more importantly, when to question it.

Already pushing AI limits? You'll fit right in.

Join Qonto as a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to strengthen how we plan and optimize capacity across our Operations teams. You will turn data into decisions that improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality across multiple markets.

This role will shape how we forecast demand, allocate resources, and steer budgets across internal and external teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet SLAs and regulatory expectations while scaling sustainably across Qonto's 8 markets.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at Qonto, you will:

Own capacity planning and forecasting: Improve forecast accuracy and planning cadence by maintaining and evolving models for internal and external teams.
Steer budget performance: Reduce deviations vs plan by acting as the team's budget point of contact and identifying efficiency levers.
Turn analysis into action: Deliver measurable productivity gains by translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
Build and improve measurement tools: Increase visibility on productivity by maintaining dashboards and, when needed, creating simple tools (spreadsheets or SQL-based reporting).
Drive cross-functional projects: Improve service performance by coordinating stakeholders at Qonto and with vendors to execute process and tooling improvements.

🤔 What you can expect

• A scope that combines strategic planning, financial analysis, data work, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
• A high-collaboration environment with many stakeholders, across teams and across countries.
• A role where pragmatic problem solving matters as much as rigor, and where you will regularly work with imperfect data.
• Opportunities to explore and apply new technologies, including AI and LLM-enabled tools, to unlock efficiency.

🤝 About your future manager

Your manager will be Gustavo, our Lead Planning and Reconciliantion.

His path: Gustavo has built a solid career in the fintech and payments industry, holding key strategy and planning roles at Mercado Libre and Mastercard Advisors. Before joining Qonto, he honed his consulting skills at Bain & Company and completed an MBA at HEC Paris with a specialization in Data & AI.
What he can bring to the team? With over 7 years of experience, Gustavo brings a hybrid profile that combines strategic vision with strong technical data skills. He is an expert in workforce planning and financial reconciliation, adept at driving efficiency and leading complex projects in fast-paced environments.

🏅 About You

Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in analytical positions such as Business Analyst, Sales/Revenue Operations, Project Management, or Strategic Planning.
Technical Mastery: You have strong Excel skills (forecasting, modeling) and solid SQL capabilities to manipulate large datasets independently.
Analytical & Strategic Mindset: You understand business and finance fundamentals (cost-to-serve, unit cost) and can identify patterns to turn data into practical solutions.
Impactful Communicator: You can drive projects end-to-end with autonomy and summarize complex analyses into simple, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Languages & Curiosity: You are fluent in English and French (B2-C1 level) and have a strong curiosity for AI and new technologies to continuously improve efficiency

Qonto is committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage all candidates who see the value they can bring to our team to apply.
