Role Overview: 

As a UX Designer at Qualifyze, you will help improve and scale the user experience across our product ecosystem. Your main focus will be optimizing existing UX flows and maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency, usability, and efficiency across all applications.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs and contribute to feature-level UX/UI work across our platforms. 

This role is ideal for someone with solid UX fundamentals, strong UI craft, and a passion for building scalable design systems in a fast-paced product environment.

Main responsibilities:  

• Improve and refine user interfaces across all Qualifyze applications. 

• To maintain and evolve our design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines.

• Translate product requirements and persona based needs into clear wireframes and high fidelity user-friendly designs. (based on direct user feedback through UX research and PMs). 

• Apply usability principles, user feedback, and data insights to optimize existing flows.

• Partner with Product managers and Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.

• Contribute to end-to-end design of specific product features with growing autonomy.

• Facilitate workshops or design discussions to align stakeholders.

Main requirements: 

• 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong focus on the UI part. 

• Experience designing for complex workflows or data heavy interfaces (e.g., dashboards, management tools, or professional platforms)

• Proficiency in Figma, experience working with design systems, and familiarity with AI-powered design tools

• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently with some guidance.

• Comfortable balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.

• University degree in Design (HCI, Interaction, Graphic, Product), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
