About the role

We work across channels and teams to build a brand that earns attention and drives results, shaping how people see, understand, and engage with our products.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to manage and bring our next wave of Crypto products to market. You'll be running tests, developing go-to-market strategies, executing campaigns, and analysing customer insights.

What you'll be doing

• Owning and optimising end-to-end lifecycle flows using funnel and cohort analytic across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation and cross-sell
• Developing event-based and segmentation-based retention and reactivation programs built around contextual messaging, event triggers, and personalised guidance
• Working with Product, Product Marketing & Data to identify behavioural drop-offs and design interventions to reduce friction
• Leading growth and engagement campaigns, product rollouts, seasonal moments, and ecosystem partnerships
• Owning creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and narrative consistency across all touch-points
• Managing campaign workflows, production timelines, approvals, and localisation by market

What you'll need

• 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing / CRM / Growth Marketing (Fintech, Crypto, or Consumer Tech preferred)
• Strong understanding of user behaviour and funnel analytics.
• Experience developing segmentation strategies and multi-step journey flows
• Ability to write clear, compelling messaging aligned with compliance requirements
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional, globally distributed environment

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN18,400 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
