What You Can Expect:
Customer & Market Insights
- Develop market segmentation strategies to identify high-potential customer groups and generate prospects.
- Conduct external market research to refine market positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Align the "Where to Play" strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach.
Optimizing Marketing touchpoints across Business Units
- In collaboration with Product Marketing Managers & Region head of Marketing, scale best practices to enhance campaign ROI & lead generation.
- Oversee local Sales onboarding on Marketing campaigns for narrative, approach and lead engagement.
- Leverage Email automation to engage existing customers and increase customer lifetime value.
Sales & Growth Enablement
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials, including product presentations, case studies & Sales narrative.
- Drive the development and adoption of our centralized Sales library to enhance knowledge-sharing and efficiency.
- Direct support on key customer presentations, in support to Key Account Managers in APAC.
What You Bring:
Strategic & Analytical Abilities
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to drive GTM strategy.
- Solid understanding of key business metrics, including Sales performance and ROI analysis.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
Go-to-Market Expertise
- Proven experience in Go-to-Market strategy development and execution, preferably in the B2B sector
- Experience with Sales enablement and training programs to support commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills in Business Intelligence, including proficiency in Excel
- In-depth understanding of air and ocean freight and logistics industry is a plus.
- Experience in Lead Management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) is a plus
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering insights and strategies effectively to senior leadership and commercial teams.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across different Business Units and international teams.
Education
- Bachelor's / Master degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy or a related field.
