What You Can Expect:
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Assist BPM team with administration of systems and general settings i.e., CargoWise One, SAGE, Parcel Perfect
- Assist BPM team in ensuring system security and user control
- Assist with Business Unit reporting
- Schedule training with trainer and user as requested or where the need is identified
- Identifying gaps in operational processes
- Finding solutions to operational processes versus system gaps, e.g. using SQL queries
- Assist with implementation of system projects when required, e.g. EDI integration projects, application upgrades
- Assisting in application upgrade testing as allocated
- Manage integration and automation projects
- Assist with adhoc requests and reports as they are presented
What You Bring:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Matric or senior certification equivalent
- Tertiary qualification and industry experience are recommended and highly advantageous
- High level of computer literacy
- Must be CargoWise Specialist Certified
- CargoWise Professional Certified (Advantageous)
- Excel level intermediate
