What You Can Expect:

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Serve as CRM Super User, ensuring accurate data integrity and system updates.
  • Train users, manage account-linked access, and provide regular CRM reporting.
  • Monitor sales activities and KPIs, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and meetings are properly recorded.

Sales Controlling

  • Track pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPI compliance.
  • Analyze lost accounts to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage charge code reporting for accurate sales and cost tracking.

Lead Generation

  • Research potential customers and market opportunities across media and industry sources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Rhenus network to support long-term partnerships.

Marketing

  • Develop and manage sales tools, including presentations, flyers, and case studies.
  • Maintain and update commercial marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing for market intelligence and social media initiatives.
  • Support the annual customer survey process.

Trade Lane Development Support

  • Assist with trade lane development projects, including market research, lead generation, and performance monitoring.
  • Support other tasks as assigned by commercial leaders.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales within freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of air and ocean logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms; knowledge of Canva/Adobe design tools a plus.
  • Analytical ability: Skilled in data analysis, performance tracking, and translating complex information into actionable insights.
  • Results orientation: Clear focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving sales performance.
  • Customer focus: Strong ability to understand and anticipate client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Capable of analyzing challenges, evaluating options, and recommending effective solutions.
  • Language: Fluency in written and spoken English.
