What You Can Expect:

  • Develop and execute division sales strategy in the eRetail & Fashion sector
  • Establish target accounts to grow existing & develop new business on a cross Business Unit level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our existing Strategic Key Customers
  • Coordination of all sales activities of Rhenus with these Customers
  • Demonstrate ability to identify gaps of the current services at customer site and prepare appropriate response for the identified needs
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Global Functions as well Business Units
  • Delivery of quality, sustainable supply chain revenue growth to the organization and responsibility for the yearly sales target achievement
  • Responsibility for the long-term business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Strategic planning by creating and implementing strategic account plans
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Transparent, regular communication of all customer related topics

What You Bring:

  • Possession of substantial professional experience as a sales manager in an international, preferably global context
  • Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management
  • A profound understanding of global logistics processes, particularly across the entire supply chain
  • Strong Relationship Management Skills
