What You Can Expect:
- Develop and execute division sales strategy in the eRetail & Fashion sector
- Establish target accounts to grow existing & develop new business on a cross Business Unit level
- Develop and maintain relationships with our existing Strategic Key Customers
- Coordination of all sales activities of Rhenus with these Customers
- Demonstrate ability to identify gaps of the current services at customer site and prepare appropriate response for the identified needs
- Cross-functional collaboration with Global Functions as well Business Units
- Delivery of quality, sustainable supply chain revenue growth to the organization and responsibility for the yearly sales target achievement
- Responsibility for the long-term business goals and drive revenue growth
- Strategic planning by creating and implementing strategic account plans
- Reporting and Documentation
- Transparent, regular communication of all customer related topics
What You Bring:
- Possession of substantial professional experience as a sales manager in an international, preferably global context
- Extensive experience in multi-level personnel management
- A profound understanding of global logistics processes, particularly across the entire supply chain
- Strong Relationship Management Skills
