What You Can Expect:

  • Participate in the recruitment of new employees (both salaried and hourly paid) - from drafting job postings and coordinating the hiring process to participating in interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees - administrative handling of master data, IT equipment, etc.
  • Responsible for the HR system (Workday), including creation and maintenance of master data and rollout of new functionalities in collaboration with Global HR.
  • Responsible for the time registration system for both salaried and hourly paid employees.
  • Sparring with managers - including handling of performance, absence, and conflicts.
  • Participate in the implementation of new HR projects - including collaboration with global HR colleagues from around the world.
  • Development of procedures and policies - ensuring that policies, procedures, and HR materials are up to date and complied with across the organization.
  • Preparation and reporting of KPIs and other HR-related metrics.
  • Dialogue with external stakeholders - including 3F, Dansk Erhverv, local educational institutions, the municipality, etc.

What You Bring:

  • Several years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international company.
  • Experience with HR administration and related systems.
  • Experience with recruitment (end-to-end processes).
  • Knowledge of HR law and preferably collective agreements (the 3F Warehouse and Transport Agreement).
  • A genuine and natural interest in people, combined with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Motivation to develop and drive an HR function.
