What You Can Expect:
Reporting to the Country Manager NL, you will be responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational performance. To this aim, you will:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Build a high-performing workforce by assisting with talent acquisition, development and retention strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across teams.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management. Enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Oversee the implementation of performance management processes.
- Provide insights on organizational design and workforce planning, to ensure that structures and roles align with the entity's needs. Facilitate organizational change and guide leadership through business transformation.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and drive decision-making at the strategic level.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR, with at least one experience in a strategic HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices.
- Familiar with HRIS tool (ideally Workday).
- English and Dutch proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and project management abilities.
