What You Bring:
- An understanding that adults learn differently from students in school (andragogy vs pedagogy)
- A working knowledge of learning theories is an advantage (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne)
- Must have excellent communication skills in English; the ability to communicate in a foreign language is a distinct advantage
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools; you don't need to be a pro but you must have an eye for layout and clean UI
- Being able to visualize a digital experience in a document or presentation before it gets developed
- Must have experience with using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360; skills in Adobe Creative Cloud is a distinct advantage
- ISD and L&D experience, including actual implementation of e-learning projects, is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of, and experience with, a modern Learning Management System is a must
