What You Can Expect:
Campaign Execution & Project Management (APAC, Central East Asia and MEA)
- Execute regional and country-level campaigns aligned with the regions' marketing strategy.
- Lead end-to-end project management across online and offline channels in collaboration with Sales, Social Media, Go-to-Market and Product teams.
- Select and manage the most effective channels based on regional requirements.
- Adapt global guidelines and processes for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
Digital Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (e.g., paid ads, webinars, email, newsletters) across regions.
- Coordinate with Group Performance to share and keep them aware of campaigns running across regions.
- Track performance, lead quality, and budget spend, measure ROI, and optimize strategies in coordination with the Sales and CRM teams
- Manage relationships with regional and local digital media agencies.
- Work with the Group Digital Marketing and Product teams to create email content for regional newsletters, while ensuring alignment with Group's guidelines.
- Deliver regular Campaign reports to key stakeholders & Management.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify market trends and opportunities.
Offline Campaigns & Events
- Plan and deliver offline campaigns across regions.
- Support country-level events, such as trade shows, chamber of commerce gatherings, and Rhenus customer events.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of offline activities including lead generation, ROI measurement and lead status follow-up with Sales.
- Collaborate with the Global PR team on media opportunities across regions.
SEO and Digital Marketing Support:
- Monitor, optimize and update content on country website across regions based on requests and changes in the region / country
- Coordinate with Group Digital Marketing team to track SEO, keyword ranking and other metrics
- Support creation of landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Use analytics tools to track and measure SEO for regions' websites
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign and performance management at local or regional levels, including paid digital advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the APAC market, including China, is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality campaigns and optimize performance.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Looker Studio is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on performance metrics and efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in building cross-functional relationships.
