What You Can Expect:
Answering phones and greeting clients
Organising incoming mail and outgoing couriers
Ordering stationary/groceries and other office supplies
Providing course reminders to clients and converting these to registrations
Training administration duties including processing course registrations, updating course information material, and arranging certification
Updating online information and marketing material including website and social media content and promotional flyers
Accounts duties such as processing invoices and credit card payments
Manage all training and meeting room set-up and break-down as required (table set-up, provisions, catering management, clean and tidy-up post course)
Other ad hoc admin duties as required
You must be well presented, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
What You Bring:

Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Competent on both Excel & Word)
