What You Can Expect:

  • Answering phones and greeting clients

  • Organising incoming mail and outgoing couriers

  • Ordering stationary/groceries and other office supplies

  • Providing course reminders to clients and converting these to registrations

  • Training administration duties including processing course registrations, updating course information material, and arranging certification

  • Updating online information and marketing material including website and social media content and promotional flyers

  • Accounts duties such as processing invoices and credit card payments

  • Manage all training and meeting room set-up and break-down as required (table set-up, provisions, catering management, clean and tidy-up post course)

  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required

  • You must be well presented, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.

  • Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Competent on both Excel & Word)
