Main duties to include:

• Lead and control all warehouse operations, ensuring optimal use of people, resources, and equipment.

• Maintain strong daily and weekly communication with the management team to align priorities and performance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently meeting and exceeding service level expectations.

• Uphold rigorous site security and safety standards.

• Escalate customer or contractual issues promptly to ensure timely support and resolution through colleagues and senior managers.

• Produce clear shift briefs and daily operational plans, effectively cascading information to teams and reporting performance to senior leadership.

• Maintain high housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas, driving a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

• Develop and mentor warehouse staff in line with continuous improvement principles.

• Review, analyse, and resolve operational errors-both internal and external-to drive improvements in SLA performance.

• Take full responsibility for the health and safety performance of the warehouse under your management.

• Ability to plan and organise activities and personnel,identifyingpriorities to meet and improve productivity targets, and customer SLA

• Good levelof communication skills both written and verbal

• A minimum of three year'spreviouswarehouse experienceas a supervisor orteam leader

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Good levelof numeracy and literacy

• Takes ownership, delegates effectively and supports the team to deliver excellent performance,meetand improvecustomer SLA's

• Good levelof budget management, understands costs of resources and activities, looks toidentifycost savings and improve efficiencies

• Continuous improvement ethos,demonstratesthe ability toidentifywhere efficiencies can bemaintainedand improved,identifyingcost savings where possible

• Good levelof health and safety knowledge

• Able to work effectively as amanager, providing leadership and direction
