Mission and responsibilities:
Openbank Pay is seeking a performance-driven CX & X-Sell Manager fully dedicated to maximizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the existing customer base.
This role owns the design, execution and optimization of cross-sell and upsell strategies across products (Cards, BNPL, Installments, Cash Loans, Insurance and future products), ensuring measurable incremental revenue and improved customer lifetime value.
The main tasks of this role will be the following:
Cross-Sell & Upsell Strategy
- Define and execute the European cross-sell and upsell roadmap.
- Identify high-propensity segments and prioritize economically impactful initiatives.
- Align cross-sell initiatives with product availability and risk appetite.
Campaign Design & Execution
- Design and launch targeted cross-sell campaigns across channels (app, web, push, email, merchant touchpoints).
- Partner with Marketing, Data and Product to implement personalized triggers and journeys.
- Ensure high-quality execution and performance tracking.
Performance Optimization
- Own KPIs such as cross-sell rate, incremental revenue, CLV uplift and campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization cycles.
- Leverage behavioral data and propensity models.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Ensure cross-sell initiatives enhance rather than deteriorate customer experience.
- Integrate VOC and satisfaction insights into optimization loops.
- Balance commercial intensity with long-term retention.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- +4 years of experience in cross-sell, upsell, growth or lifecycle roles in fintech, banking or ecommerce.
