THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

Global Export & Agency Finance is looking for a Vice President based out of our Madrid Office.

As a Vice President you will be part of the Global Export and Agency Finance team which leads the origination and structuring of Multilateral Agencies in close coordination with our offices in NY and Hong Kong.

Candidates must possess an outstanding academic background, an excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and have the judgment and confidence to work with clients, Multilateral Agencies and colleagues.

We are looking for a profile highly motivated and committed with the work to face a demanding work environment.

The candidate will have the opportunity to know the whole universe of financing structures and be in touch with Multilateral Agencies such as MIGA, IBRD, EBRD, EIB, among others; and numerous bank products with which we regularly interact. We're shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• To originate new transactions in Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia. Availability to travel is a must.

• To assist with business origination activities and preparation of top-quality marketing and internal materials, both from a content and visual perspective.

• To structure and execute transactions together with Multilateral Agencies.

• To lead Export & Agency Finance, corporate, sovereign or project finance-based transactions with several Multilateral Agencies.

• To execute advisory and coordination roles.

• To design new value-added solutions, as the team progresses providing more complex structures.

• To be responsible for mentoring and developing more junior members of staff, providing constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in advisory and/or lending structured/Project/Export & Agency Finance transactions.

• Mastering of the legal arrangements' standard in non-recourse financing (Project Finance) and/or Export & Agency Finance transactions.

• Experience in leading deal teams (different geographies, internal departments, external advisors, etc).

• Highly valued: International experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.

Languages

• English and Spanish (required)

• Other languages as positive: Russian

• Strong communication, sales and organizational skills.

• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.

• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy.

• Strong interdisciplinary skills covering financing and documentation.

• Capable to manage different transactions with different time zones at the same time.

• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
