Scopely is looking for a CRM Campaign Manager (9-month fixed term contract) to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

Monopoly GO! is a global phenomenon and the biggest mobile game launch in history, captivating millions of players worldwide. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain.

As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be a hands-on, execution-focused contributor responsible for delivering high-impact, player-centric communications across email, push, and in-app messaging. You will partner closely with Creative, Product, and Data to translate CRM strategy into best-in-class campaigns, ensuring timely execution, strong personalization, and continuous performance optimization.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution across email, push notifications, and in-game messaging
  • Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns in line with existing CRM strategy and best practices
  • Work with segmentation, targeting, coordination and personalization to deliver relevant and impactful player communications
  • Partner with Creative to brief, review, and iterate on copy and assets
  • Monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data
  • Ensure consistent quality, and execution while maintaining delivery timelines

What We're Looking For

  • An experienced CRM professional with a strong executional background
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments (mobile games, apps, or consumer products)
  • Confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
  • Data-savvy and curious, with the ability to turn performance into action
  • A proactive communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional partners
  • Able to ramp up quickly, operate autonomously, and deliver impact within a defined timeframe

Nice to have

  • Experience with lifecycle or automated CRM programs
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in gaming, mobile apps, or social casinos.
