About the role:
You have a strong interest in HR processes and how modern technical solutions can support and enhance them. You are motivated by working at the intersection of technology and HR, and you are curious and eager to learn and deepen your knowledge of SD Worx's systems.
As an advisor and sparring partner, you enjoy guiding customers in a structured and pedagogical way.
Which tasks can you expect?
Contribute to implementation projects, including planning, testing, configuration, implementation, and training in our HR systems.
Support sales and proposal processes, participate in presales meetings, respond to requirement specifications, and demonstrate solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
Handle incoming inquiries from existing customers through our support channel.
Further develop customers' existing HR solutions and identify new opportunities for optimization.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and ensure excellent customer service at all stages.
Contribute to documentation of functionality, as well as active knowledge sharing internally and externally.
Collaborate with other departments as needed and support effective problem-solving across areas of expertise.
What do you have to offer?
General expertise
Experience 3-5 years as operational HR professional at Nordics companies
Fluency in Norwegian and English languages
Nice-to-have experience in projects and implementations of HRIS
Analytical and solution‑oriented
Enjoy understanding complex needs and translating them into practical solutions.
Able to identify patterns, connections, and opportunities for improvement.
Strong communicator and pedagogical
Skilled at explaining system functionality in a clear and accessible way - even for non‑technical audiences.
Enjoy guiding, training, and building confidence in customers.
Relationship‑builder
Quickly establishes trust and thrives in an advisory role.
Understand the customer's perspective and builds constructive dialogue.
Take ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.
Drive processes forward and identifies opportunities before challenges arise.
Structured and detail‑oriented
Work systematically with projects, documentation, and support.
Ensure high quality and accuracy in all deliveries.
Adaptable and eager to learn
Thrive in the intersection between HR and technology.
