Role Purpose:
The Sales Director UK is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and developing a high‑performing sales team, defining and executing the UK sales strategy, and building strong, long‑term client relationships. The role is central to positioning SD Worx as a strategic HCM partner that delivers measurable value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the UK sales strategy in partnership with the UK Country Leader and leadership team.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance and revenue targets.

  • Ensure strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience.

  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline performance, and reporting to senior leadership.

  • Improve sales performance through increased volume, margin growth, and disciplined sales methodologies.

  • Lead negotiations for high‑value and long‑term customer contracts, presenting compelling cost-benefit business cases.

  • Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and future service opportunities aligned with client strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years' experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong background in HCM, HR Tech, or SaaS environments.

  • Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close.

  • Inspirational leader with strong coaching, communication, and C‑suite stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Highly results‑driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
