As a (Senior) Insurance Controller (m/f/d) you take true end-to-end responsibility for key insurance processes in our Corporate Countries. You are the go-to partner for Finance, Fleet Management, and our international locations, setting clear standards and creating maximum transparency in a complex, global setup. With your analytical mindset, you identify risks, optimize billing and controlling processes, and drive initiatives not just along - but decisively forward.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze insurance and TCOR data, identify trends and cost drivers, and create meaningful reports for Fleet Cost Controlling
• You work closely with international Corporate Countries, drive knowledge transfer, and establish best practices across borders
• You handle operational requests regarding fleet insurance contracts and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• You are responsible for the monthly preparation of insurance billing for the international fleet
• You continuously adapt billing logics to new requirements and regulatory guidelines
• You ensure high data quality, plausibility, and compliance in all billing processes

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Qualification You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a comparable field
• Experience You bring several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on insurance or risk management
• Expertise You have solid knowledge of insurance accounting and reporting
• Analytical Skills You work analytically and structurally, have a strong numerical understanding, and can quickly grasp complex issues
• Tools You have excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Languages You communicate fluently in English due to collaboration with international teams; German skills are a nice-to-have
