Role overview:

We are strengthening our CEO Office to support the execution of key strategic initiatives across the company. We are looking for a Strategic Projects Consultant and Leaders to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, helping to drive alignment, execution, and visibility on the company's most critical projects, spanning across advertising, content and original device manufacturer partnership areas.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategy consulting background (e.g., MBB, OW, Kearney, RB) who is looking to transition into a high-impact role within a fast-growing company. You will play a key role in turning strategy into execution, supporting the business as it scales.

The role will primarily focus on media and advertising projects, while maintaining the flexibility to support other areas as needed.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Lead/support senior management in defining and structuring strategic priorities and quarterly plans.
• Help translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans with clear timelines and ownership.

Project Management & Execution

• Track the progress of key strategic initiatives across departments.
• Lead problem solving with project teams and define activities & deliverables
• Identify potential risks, delays, or dependencies and escalate where needed.
• Support teams in maintaining alignment with company priorities.
• Prepare periodic updates, presentations, and reports for the CEO and leadership team.

Decision Making Support

• Define frameworks required for decision making
• Perform ad-hoc and complex analysis, and align across stakeholders
• Develop storylines and communicate results
  

Operational Excellence

• Identify and support implementation of improvement areas in processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support the development of frameworks and best practices.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

• >5 years of experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, OW, Kearney, RB), with exposure to strategic projects and execution.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in the media or digital/CTV industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• High level of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management skills, with the ability to understand requirements and coordinate tasks across workstreams.
• Financial knowledge to build relatively complex estimations and assess impact on revenue or EBITDA
• Business acumen and ability to quickly grasp different business dynamics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate).
