Role | PM & Improvement Coordinator

As a PM & Improvement Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our apartments are delivered at Ukio's quality standards through effective coordination, execution, and improvement.

You will be responsible for assessing apartment conditions, defining and implementing improvement actions, and coordinating on-site works. At the same time, you will support project timelines and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of each unit.

This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities |

• Assess apartment conditions and define required improvement actions
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-site works ensuring quality standards
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and resolve issues during execution
• Ensure apartments are fully ready (utilities, access, appliances, setup)
• Support onboarding timelines and coordinate with Design, Supply, and City teams
• Identify blockers and ensure smooth project execution
• Track costs, manage reporting, and maintain accurate data in internal tools

Requirements |

• Experience in operations, project coordination, construction, or similar roles
• Hands-on mindset with strong organizational and execution skills
• Experience coordinating suppliers or supporting on-site works
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking tools
• Familiarity with CAD programs (e.g. AutoCAD or similar) is a plus
• Good aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
