Job Description:

You'll be the main point of contact for our current and potential customers. Your role will be to leverage our industry-leading position to bring our growth plans to life. From this position, you'll contribute to the company's growth, respond to requests from both internal and external customers, and act as the link between the BD and Operations departments.

You'll make sure customers come to you with their logistics-related questions, and you'll support them as best as possible. You're someone who knows how to challenge customers and keep them updated on the latest developments. You'll maximize opportunities within the existing business. What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Develop sales strategies, create compelling solutions and client presentations using UPS's broad portfolio of products and services.
  • Serve as a key source of information for customers, and use your innovative ideas to help the organization continue improving and growing.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure contract compliance.
  • Be responsible for transferring all customer requirements to the operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer portfolio.

What do we expect from you?

  • Ambition and a winning attitude.
  • University degree (required).
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of English (required).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to assess business needs.
  • Driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Schedule flexibility is important within our organization, including for this position: 09:00-18:00.
