We are looking for a new Team Leader to fill a vacant position in Madrid. This is not a job for just anyone-we are looking for someone special... we are looking for YOU!
What will you do in a day?
Manage the staff under your responsibility. Train and coach the team.
Identify and develop potential talent for the company.
Focus on excellence in customer service.
Daily monitoring of service elements (KPIs) and initiatives for continuous improvement.
Meetings with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service follow-up.
Coordinate area projects. Communicate with other departments for project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).
Coordinate center and service audits. Follow up on identified findings.
Resource planning, holidays, Peak. Adjust and execute plans.
Provide support in operational tasks when needed.

What should you be able to do?
Essential: Vocational Training (Higher Level) or a University Degree (completed or in progress).
Intermediate level of English.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new business areas and develop service knowledge.
Strong leadership qualities and fast decision-making.
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience in operations.
A decisive leader capable of handling unexpected issues.
Flexible and analytical, with a passion for problem-solving and making decisions.
Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook - user level.
Flexibility is important within our organization, including for this role. Schedule: 02:00-11:00.
Previous experience in team management and night-shift work will be valued.
Occasional travel availability.
