As a FinServ Vertical Manager you will be a Single-Threaded Owner to launch and scale our Financial Services vertical (Neo-banks, FinTechs, Crypto, and Tier-1 Institutions). You will operate as the Mini-CEO of this business unit, taking the vertical from its current state to $50M+ ARR.
You'll help us protect honest people online by:
Leading the entire performance of the Vertical from defining the offer, to commercial execution to custom improvement on the products:
- Own the FinServ vertical's P&L and North Star metrics, defining the 3-year strategic vision and maximizing ROI through resource deployment (Headcount, Marketing, Product, Engineering).
- Drive market intelligence to identify product gaps and define the "Vertical Solution," ensuring best-in-class operational excellence and performance review cadence.
- Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and manage a dedicated resources to execute on it.
- Act as the Executive Point of Contact for "Whale" accounts, building and executing a "Top 15" target list.
- Design complex commercial models (e.g., Volume-Tiered, Shared-Risk) to align revenue with client success and establish high switching costs.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to implement Product-Led Growth (PLG) for the Long Tail and Mid-Market.
- Be the "Voice of the Vertical," translating market friction into product requirements and distinguishing "Signal vs. Noise" for platform development.
- Lead a cross-functional unit (SEs, AEs, AMs, Product & Engineering Liaisons) to ensure Sales, Product, and Delivery operate as a unified, high-velocity organism, driving roadmap alignment for a seamless, end-to-end solution.
- Demonstrate Technical Fluency on the vertical to debate technical and business specific aspects (from API architecture to compliance mitigations)
