As a Fuel Efficiency Analyst, you'll join the team responsible for understanding and improving how one of aviation's most critical resources is used: fuel.

The Fuel Efficiency Team monitors fuel performance across the network, turning operational data into insights that help optimize aircraft performance, control costs, and reduce environmental impact. By working closely with Operations, Finance, Sustainability, and Management, the team plays a key role in ensuring the airline operates efficiently, competitively, and responsibly.

In this role, your analysis will help identify opportunities to improve performance, support better operational decisions, and contribute directly to cost efficiency and more sustainable operations.

How will it be to work with us?

• Monitor and analyze fuel performance KPIs across the network, identifying trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with budget and forecast targets.

• Transform operational data into clear insights and recommendations that help teams make better decisions and continuously improve fuel performance.

• Develop and enhance analytical tools, models, and dashboards that strengthen how fuel performance is monitored and understood across the airline.

• Collaborate with Operations, Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, and Management to identify and implement initiatives that reduce fuel consumption and improve efficiency.

• Support fuel cost control by connecting operational performance with financial targets and contributing to accurate budget and forecast tracking.

• Ensure the reliability and consistency of the Fuel Efficiency database, enabling structured reporting and informed decision-making across the organization.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering is ideal.

• Interest in aviation and airline operations; previous exposure to the industry is a plus.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python will be highly valued.

• Fluent Spanish and English (Italian and/or French are valued).

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
