A day in the life of.
As our new HR & Payroll Support Agent at Maqqie, you'll be right in the middle of the action, handling customer and platform user inquiries, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With over 500 clients, you'll play a vital role in communication, contracts and compliance. You handle inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset, proactively contribute ideas to improve workflows, and collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize processes. Working alongside teams such as Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Product, you play a key role in driving efficiency, all while having the autonomy to structure and manage your own work.
How to WOW.
Communication with customers and platform users through email, chat and phone ensuring that customers are helped quickly
You handle questions related to contracts, collective agreements, payslips, and payments, and also support the creation of contracts and the accurate entry of worked hours.
You check whether all documents are correct, arrange work permits and keep us on our toes with Dutch legislation (NDA, GDPR - you know how that works!)
You process feedback and help our customers manage their back office. You ensure that everyone is up to date and that everything runs smoothly. In addition, you are the point of contact for everything related to salary, from payments to corrections. Permanent employees or freelancers, you arrange it

You actively contribute ideas to improve the user experience.
The WOW factor.
Bachelor or Master degree in HR, administration or any other related field
You have minimum 1 year of work experience within Customer Support roles
You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in word and writing in Dutch and English
You are structured and organized, ensuring smooth workflows and an eye for detail
Strong background in streamlining and improving internal processes
Affinity with Tech/IT is a plus because you are in the digital world of the labor market
