We're looking for a UX Designer who can craft thoughtful, user-centered experiences while balancing product goals and real-world constraints. In this role, you'll design end-to-end experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring structured design thinking to complex problems.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and researchers, helping translate business and user needs into intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals, systems thinking, and excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, delivering clear and intuitive solutions across digital products.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design frameworks that communicate ideas effectively.

• Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing teams to align design solutions with user needs and business goals.

• Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency and scalability across product experiences.

• Contribute to and help evolve design systems and shared design patterns.

• Advocate for the user while balancing technical feasibility, product priorities, and business constraints.

• Clearly communicate and present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

• Collaborate in cross-functional environments and participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iteration cycles.

Must-have Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.

• Advanced English level (written and spoken) with strong presentation and communication skills.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear design rationale.

• Expertise in UX methodologies, including journey mapping, flow design, and interaction patterns.

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) with strong attention to visual and interaction details.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and research.

• Ability to explain and advocate for design approaches to stakeholders, balancing design vision with product and business priorities.

• Strong product mindset and business understanding to help prioritize design decisions.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems.

• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

• Background in user research, content strategy, or service design.

• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
