Position Overview:

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our New Games team in Barcelona and help us build and validate early-stage mobile titles.

You'll work in a small, cross-functional team to take ideas from concept to playable prototypes quickly, test them, learn, and iterate. The focus is on accessible mid-core / hybrid casual games, with strong product thinking and a hands-on approach to gameplay and systems.

This role sits close to design. You won't be the sole vision owner, but you'll be expected to feel comfortable making design decisions and helping shape the product, especially around core loop, puzzle structure, progression, economy, and meta systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive discovery and iteration cycles: define hypotheses, success metrics, and run fast build-test-learn loops.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Art, and Production to shape the product: core gameplay iteration, early game experience, puzzle level structure, progression and economy, and meta loops (including squads/units when relevant).
  • Own market research and benchmarking: break down why reference games work, identify patterns and opportunities, and translate learnings into concrete product decisions.
  • Define and analyze experiments (including A/B tests when applicable), and turn outcomes into clear next steps.
  • Communicate learnings and recommendations to stakeholders, and help the team make calls quickly when direction needs to change.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management (or similar ownership roles) in F2P mobile games. Experience in early-stage development / new games is a plus, but not a must.
  • Strong product instincts and comfort working with design: you can guide decisions to make the game better and keep the team focused on what matters.
  • You enjoy moving fast, working with ambiguity, and taking ownership in small teams.
  • High standards for craft and player experience, even when working with prototypes.
  • Curiosity and strong taste in games: you actively play, analyze, and share insights about mechanics, economies, and player motivation.
  • Solid analytical foundation: you understand key product metrics (retention, funnels, monetization signals) and can make decisions even with early, imperfect data.
  • Clear communication in English (Spanish is a plus).

Bonus Points:

  • Hybrid casual / accessible mid-core background (progression, economy, squads/units, meta loops).
  • Familiarity with instrumentation, dashboards, and basic SQL for ad-hoc analysis.
  • Experience supporting a title through soft launch and learning-driven iteration.

What's in it for you as a Socialpointer?

  • Hybrid working model: we ask you to come to our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week
  • A generous 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays
  • Private medical insurance for you and your family to keep your health bar full
  • Disability and life insurance
  • Choose from the latest iOS or Android device when you join (phone or tablet)
  • Free language lessons in English, Spanish and Catalan
  • Spotify Premium to add the perfect soundtrack to your adventure
  • Legendary social events and parties to let off some steam
  • Take-Two Interactive employee stock purchase plan (eligibility criteria applies)
  • Professional development budget for skills training

Onsite perks include:

  • State of the art gym facilities
  • Free breakfast, lunch, and specialty coffee
  • Onsite physiotherapist and hairdresser (no wallet needed!)
