Job Description:

An opportunity for a ME Serial Process Engineer (EFA FAL & Retro) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the ME Serial Process Engineer

RESPONSABILITIES

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

- Industrialisation: Manufacturing structure and process. Assurance of Aircraft Configuration and Change Management. Work with associated documentation (work orders, technical instructions, job cards...).

- Develop and update documentation, WO´s and technical instructions according to the ME standard.

- Technical solutions, improvement proposal and implementation.

- Product configuration management.

- Concurrence with DO.

- IRM/MRB (defects reports, technical issues, workshop sustaining, customer support)

- Support the multi functional team for the problem solving and improvement process.

- Provide shop floor sustaining in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.

- One single flow.

- Manufacturing feedback (KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).

- Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of future needs.

- Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.

- Future business requirements.

- New manufacturing process based on new technology solution.

SKILLS

¤ Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.

¤ English and Spanish must be negotiation level, written and spoken.

¤ At least 2 -5 years of experience in ME.

¤ Demostrable experience in Process Indsutrialization.

¤ Demostrable experience in IRM/MRB. RP2/3 will be valued as a plus.

¤ Demonstrable Knowledge of Pulse Lines.

¤ Demonstrable Knowledge in workshop sustaining.

¤ Knowledge in SAP, CMS, SIPLA , 3DAV, DeMaT and CATIA.

¤ High organization and prioritization skills.

¤ Able to work under pressure and in a changing environment.

¤ Willingness to work rotating shifts and public holidays.

¤ Teamwork, proactive attitude.

¤ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

¤ Experience in Part 21 would be valued as a plus.

¤ Experience in MRO/Part 145 would be valued as a plus.

¤ NATO Secret clearance would be valued as a plus.
