About the role

As an HRBP Intern, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in partnering with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.


What you do

  • Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, including employee inquiries, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Help manage employee relations issues by conducting research and providing solutions in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Participate in performance management processes and talent review sessions.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse groups and convey information clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with the ability to interpret feedback and derive actionable insights to enhance workplace culture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in team settings.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software or platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in human resources, talent management and cultural development, with a commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
